Subscribers
This screen allows you to add new subscribers and organize them into different groups. New groups can be created under an already existent category, or as a new separate group. The user can also manage the information fields, which are usually filled in for every new contact (e.g. name, surname, email address, age, etc).
Compose Message
Composing a new message has never been easier. From the ‘Compose Message’ screen the user can set the email address of the sender, the reply path, the subject and the priority level of the message. Cyber Mass Emailing allows the user to choose the date when the email is to be sent, thus allowing you to prepare a message from days before. The user may prepare the message in both Text and HTML version.
Once the user is ready from composing the message, s/he may either save it as a draft message or proceed to preview the email. The user has the possibility of going back to edit the message should s/he require to change something. Once ready, s/he chooses who to send the message to, either by inputting the email address manually or choosing an existent group.
Queue Manager
With the Cyber Mass Emailing, the user may easily monitor all traffic, i.e. the bulk emails sent, the ones on hold to be sent on a certain date and so on.
Cyber Mass Emailing provides a very user friendly back-end that allows users to easily manage the system. One can manage the various features of the program through the Control Panel. Templates, Attachment folders, Program updates and system tools among other can be simply controlled from here.
