Throughout the years Cyberspace Solutions has participated in the Employment and Training Corporation’s (ETC) Apprenticeship Schemes by taking on trainees, training them thoroughly in design and programming jobs and then awarding them with full time employment opportunities with the company. To celebrate its 20th anniversary, ETC has awarded Cyberspace Solutions a certificate to officially recognize its participation in these Apprenticeship Schemes. Our company greatly believes in the potential of young people who find themselves at a disadvantage in the employment market due to their lack of work experience that makes it difficult for them to find a job in the sphere they would like. Cyberspace Solutions in conjunction with ETC, has chosen promising youths to coach and prepare to face today’s grueling workplace fraught with deadlines and pressure but which awards immense personal satisfaction.

 

We are very proud of having successfully selected and reared a young and dynamic work group and plan to keep up our participation in this scheme that gives persons new to the workforce an invaluable opportunity to prove their worth while offering companies the chance of discovering promising talents and hard-workers among the new crop entering the labour market.
